Our Completed Programs
Our programmes focus on people affected by leprosy and persons with disabilities, with a strong emphasis on disease control and transmission prevention, disability prevention and disability-inclusive development, broader inclusive development and education, as well as comprehensive WASH and community empowerment.

Stop transmission
The target of leprosy elimination in Nepal was achieved in 2009 and leprosy elimination at National level was declared in 2010.

Inclusive Development Program
Expansion of ‘disabilities friendly model villages’ area to cover the whole municipality where we had started the project from 2018 in the current changing socio-political context

Leprosy Post-Exposure Prophylaxis
To reduce the incidence of leprosy in pilot populations of seven countries within 3 years after the start of the pilot projects

Our Village Model Village (OVMV)
Improving physical accessibility to services and utilities for persons affected by leprosy and persons with disabilities.

Disability inclusive relief & rehabilitation project (DIRR)
The project contributed towards more awareness and attention for persons with disabilities and their families in two districts.

Leprosy referral hospitals strengthening project
Providing essential support to the two leprosy referral centers conducted by Koshi and Seti Zonal Hospitals in Eastern and far western regions respectively.

SDR Demonstration Project
SDR Demostration project conduct on Lumbini Province (Bardiya), Gandaki Province (Nawalparasi), Bagmati Province (Chitwan), Madhesh Province (Saptari). All palika’s of selected district. Soon it will be start on Karnali Province (Jajarkot).

COR-NTD GIS Mapping
Use of epidemiological and GIS methods to identify geographic clusters of leprosy cases in both urban and rural settings for the application of rapid screening and/or intensified case finding protocols.
