NLR Nepal, a leading organization working in leprosy, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), and inclusive development, invites applications from qualified, motivated, and results-oriented candidates for the following position:
Position: Partnership Development Officer
Number of Positions: 1
Duty Station: Kathmandu
Duration: Contract until December 2026
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or equivalent (MBA preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a reputable organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Support institutional fundraising (IF) and partnership development initiatives
- Contribute to financial and administrative management processes
- Coordinate office operations and support organizational management functions
- Assist in developing strategic partnerships with government, donors, and stakeholders
